The Kurdistan Foundation proudly announced the official opening of the Volunteer.KRD Club at Salahaddin University – Erbil, marking the launch of the Kurdistan Foundation’s second university-based volunteer club and a significant step in expanding student-led community engagement.
The opening ceremony was held in the presence of the President of Salahaddin University, alongside members of the university’s presidency staff, reflecting institutional support for promoting volunteerism and civic participation among students.
The Volunteer.KRD Club aims to foster a strong culture of volunteerism within the university community while building a supportive network for students committed to creating positive social change. Through the club, students will have the opportunity to participate in meaningful volunteer activities, develop leadership and teamwork skills, explore community-focused initiatives, and connect with peers who share a passion for service.
By establishing the club at Salahaddin University, the Kurdistan Foundation continues to strengthen partnerships with academic institutions and invest in youth as active contributors to community development.
