In a strong step toward strengthening the local employment ecosystem, Jobs.KRD one of the entities of Kurdistan Foundation successfully hosted the Delal Career Fair at the University of Zakho, bringing together employers, students, and job seekers under one roof to turn potential into opportunity.
The fair attracted wide participation, highlighting the growing demand for platforms that connect academic talent directly with the labor market. More than 30 companies took part in the event, collectively offering over 100 genuine job opportunities across various sectors, providing students and recent graduates with direct access to employers and real career pathways.
Beyond recruitment, the Delal Career Fair focused on empowerment and preparedness. Specialized workshops on CV writing and job interview techniques were delivered throughout the day, equipping participants with practical skills, professional insight, and the confidence needed to navigate today’s competitive job market. This holistic approach ensured that attendees left not only with opportunities in sight, but also with the tools required to secure them.
